Review

Compare your festival with earlier festivals of the same name and get a purchase recommendation from the average consumption.

Whoever celebrates their festival every year builds up a real treasure of experience over time. The review makes that treasure visible: it puts your festival next to the festivals of the same name from previous years and derives a purchase recommendation from it.

Only with finance permission

The review shows revenue and profit and is therefore only visible to people with finance permission – the event lead and the board.

Comparison with earlier festivals

SinfoniaOne recognizes earlier festivals by the same name. So if you celebrate your "market festival" every year, the review lines the years up side by side and compares the most important key figures:

  • Revenue – how much was taken in,
  • Profit – what was left at the bottom line,
  • Visitors – how many guests came,
  • Weather – the weather note from that year.

This is why the weather note pays off

Only in comparison does the value of the small details show: if a year was weaker, the weather often tells you why. So enter the weather note and the expected visitors right when creating the festival.

Purchase recommendation

The most common question before every festival is: how much should we buy? That's exactly what the review helps with.

From what was actually used in previous years, SinfoniaOne calculates an average consumption per product and adds a safety margin on top – so you don't run out of beer when the crowd is big.

That way you no longer order by gut feeling, but by the real numbers of your last festivals: enough not to sell out – but not so much that you're left sitting on the leftovers afterwards.
