Welcome to SinfoniaOne

The digital hub for your sheet music archive and your club – here's how to find your way around.

SinfoniaOne brings your sheet music archive and your club's organization together in one place – on your smartphone in the rehearsal room just as well as on your computer in the club office.

Instead of paper folders, Excel lists, and a WhatsApp group, you manage your pieces and parts here, put together marching books and programs, plan dates, keep the member records, write minutes, and – if you like – the cash book too.

Who is this help for?

SinfoniaOne is used by all kinds of people in the same club. This help is aimed at all of them:

  • Members & musicians – who need their sheet music and dates quickly in the rehearsal room.
  • Music librarian & archivist – who maintain the sheet music archive and digitize paper scores.
  • Conductor & bandmaster – who put together programs and plan dates.
  • Board & administration – who keep an eye on members, roles, events, and finances.

No prior knowledge needed

You don't need any computer experience. Every step is explained in plain language – and where it helps, images show you exactly where to tap.

Where do you want to go?

How the app is structured

SinfoniaOne is one app that you can use in two ways:

  • On a smartphone or tablet (iPhone/iPad and Android) – ideal for members on the go.
  • On a computer in the browser – more comfortable for longer administrative work, such as on the sheet music archive or in the cash book.

Both show the same content. A few features are available only one of the two ways – we point that out with a note at the relevant place.

Everything is in German

The technical terms from club life – part, section, instrumentation, marching book – are intentional. They're exactly the words you know from the rehearsal room.
