Getting started
Create an association, activate it, onboard members and book modules.
1. Create an account
Open sinfoniaone.app and sign up via email or social login. Confirm your email address to receive notifications.
2. Create your association
- Association → New
- Name, description, address, country (currently Austria).
- Optional: logo, founding year, contact email.
- On first open you accept the legal terms once as the founder – only then does the association become active.
Details: Member management.
3. Activate modules
Member management is the base of every association. Paid modules are activated under Modules:
- Score archive – scores, parts, OCR import, setlists, recordings.
- Marching book – marching books with two-column printing.
Current prices: sinfoniaone.at/pricing. New subscriptions may include a trial period – the module is available immediately and switches automatically into the paid period.
4. Onboard members
Joining happens via join requests:
- A registered person requests to join your association.
- As an association admin you see the request under Members → Join requests and confirm or reject it.
- Once confirmed the membership is active. On first access to protected content the person accepts a copyright notice.
Mass invitations via CSV or public invite links are not provided.
5. Set up roles & groups
SinfoniaOne works with freely configurable groups instead of fixed roles. A typical minimal setup:
- Librarian – manages scores, parts, setlists and marching books.
- Board – manages master data and memberships.
- Musician – read-only access to scores and marching book.
Individual people can additionally be made association admin. Details: Groups.
