Admin guide

Tasks for association admins – memberships, groups, permissions, modules.

This guide is aimed at association admins and describes the tasks performed in the browser.

Activate your association

A newly created association starts inactive and cannot use any modules until the legal terms have been accepted. Accept once – the association is then unlocked.

Manage memberships

  • Review requestsMembers → Join requests. Confirming creates the membership.
  • Promote admins – mark individual members as additional association admins.
  • Assign groups – for fine-grained permissions; a member can belong to multiple groups. Details: Groups.
  • Remove a member – ends the membership; the person remains active in any other associations.

Groups & permissions

Groups are freely configurable per association. You choose names (e.g. Librarian, Board, Musician) and assign the desired permissions. Permissions always apply only inside your association.

Permission overview:

  • Association-wide – manage members, groups & permissions, edit master data, see the dashboard, view the trash.
  • Per module – create, edit, delete, export content (e.g. scores as PDF; see Score archive).

Trash

All content of the score archive and marching book is not deleted immediately. With the right permission you see deleted entries in the trash, restore them or remove them permanently.

Maintain master data

Under Settings → Association you edit name, description, address, logo, contact email and founding year.

Book modules

Activate or cancel modules in the Modules area. Checkout and customer portal run through a certified payment provider. Current prices: sinfoniaone.at/pricing.

Import / export

Individual scores can move between associations as archive files. A one-click full-association backup is not included in this version.

Announcements

Platform-wide announcements (maintenance windows, new features) are posted by the SinfoniaOne operators and appear as a banner or dialogue in the app. Association admins have no action here – dismissible announcements can be closed by the user.
