About me

By one musician, for musicians.

SinfoniaOne grew out of the frustration that running an association in wind music always means three Excel sheets, a WhatsApp chat and an old piece of software at the same time.

I'm an active musician myself and I build SinfoniaOne single-handedly. Librarian, conductor, board member, plain member — I know every role because I play them.

SinfoniaOne should give the cue and step aside, so I can spend my time making music. Sounds simple. It isn't. That's exactly why I work on it every day.

What I care about

  • Mobile first
The member is in the rehearsal room with a phone in hand. Everything must be reachable in two taps.
  • One tool, not a sprawl
Score archive, events, members, festivals, cashbook — they cleanly plug into each other.
  • Honest per-association pricing
Flat fee per association, not per head. Replacing your Excel doesn't get more expensive when you grow.
  • Data in the EU
Our own server in Austria, GDPR-compliant, exports any time. Your content stays your content.

Vereinskastl

Not a wind band? Then Vereinskastl.

Fire brigade, sports club, cultural association, parents' association: the same events, the same cashbook, the same festivals — but without score archive, marching book and sections. For ordinary clubs there is a version of its own, on the same foundation and with the same care.

  • Inventory instead of a score archive
  • Dues & invoices
  • The same sign-in
